日ごろフロントでお客さまの対応をしていると、錦市場に行かれるというお話をよく聞きます。
錦市場は、390mのアーケードに120店舗以上のお店が立ち並ぶ、京都一の食べ歩きスポット！
今日は、そのなかから私が是非オススメしたいお店をいくつかご紹介します。
まず一つ目のお店は、だし巻き卵の「三木鶏卵」です。
新鮮な卵に利尻昆布、削り節から取る出汁を加えた京風だし巻きを味わうことができます。
白餡に黄身を練り込んだ「黄味餡ぱん」は、見た目もとっても可愛いんですよ♡
京都といえば鱧！
焼き魚専門店「魚力」の店頭には、はも天、はもカツ、はも照り焼き、はも茶漬けなど様々な鱧料理が並んでいます。
串に刺さったはも天は、食べ歩きにピッタリです(^.^)
京都産のお米を取り扱う「中央米穀」では、おにぎりならぬ「お結び」も販売しています。
たくさんの種類があって迷ってしまいますが、私はしそ穴子が気になります…。
イートインにして、お味噌汁と一緒にいただくのも良いですねぇ。
歩くのに疲れたら、カフェで一休み。
錦市場の堺町通を北に行くとすぐ見えてくるのが、タルトの名店「オ・グルニエ・ドール」です。
一番人気は、チョコレートムースをふんだんに使った「ピラミッド」。
テレビで何回も取り上げられた有名店なので、夕方には既に売り切れなんてことも(O_O)
町屋を改装した店内でゆったりとした時間を過ごせます。
最後は、「おちゃのこさいさい」の「舞妓はんひぃ～ひぃ～一味」を紹介します。
京都丹波産ハバネロと国産本鷹唐辛子を使い、辛さと旨みを兼ね備えた一味唐辛子です。
京都旅行のお土産に、辛党の友だちに買ってみてはいかがでしょうか？

We are often asked about Nishiki Market
at the reception.
Nishiki Market is a shop street with the
length of 390 meters and more than 120 shops and restaurants.
Today, I will talk about some places to
enjoy eating! :P
The first shop is “Miki Keiran.
It’s famous for Kyoto-style Dashimaki
(rolled omlet).
Dashimaki tastes rich flavor of seaweed
and dried bonito.
Hamo (sea eel) is a very popular fish
used for dishes in Kyoto.
In front of the fish shop “Uoriki”, many
skewered hamo cooked by different method are lined.
Many people walk along the street eating
them.
“Chuou Beikoku” sells rice produced in
Kyoto and “Omusubi” (rice ball) made of the rice.
It is very difficult to choose one,
because there are many kinds of filling.
Also inside the shop, you can sit and
eat omusubi with miso soup.
When you are tired, please take a rest
at the cafeteria “Salon de The AU GRENIER D'OR” near the market.
The café is brought up on the TV program
some times.
Their tart is very very delicious and popular,
so it might be sold out until evening.
At last, I recommend buying “Shichimi”
of “Ochanoko Saisai” for souvenir.
“Shichimi” is a mixture of red pepper
and other spices.
It is really hot, so why don’t you buy
it for a friend who is addicted to spicy food?
